They all blindly support the bailout of the American auto industry yet they won't be caught dead driving an American car. You have 3 groups, the ones that think they are the elite and the car is a status symbol of that. Then there are the uneducated ones who think it is still 1987 and only Japan makes reliable cars. And then of course the tree huggers, Excuse me while I head out in my over sized American SUV and fill her up with 35 gallons of gas and puke thinking about all this crud.
